Privacy & Terms

What we collect

• Your Google account email address, used only to identify your account and associate your reports.
• Competitor URLs you submit for analysis, along with basic metadata (site title, icon, platform) we fetch from those public pages.
• Payment information is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

How we use your data

• To generate and deliver the competitor analysis reports you purchase.
• To maintain your report history across sessions and devices.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing.

Authentication & access

Sign-in is handled via Google OAuth. Your reports are scoped to your account and cannot be accessed by other users. We rely on standard OAuth session management provided by our authentication platform.

Data retention & deletion

Reports are stored for as long as your account remains active. You can delete individual reports from your dashboard. If you wish to delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at support@rivalsight.app.

Payments

Rivalsight is a one-time purchase service ($29 per report). There are no subscriptions or recurring charges. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Cookies & analytics

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking cookies.

Security contact

If you discover a security issue or have a vulnerability to report, please email support@rivalsight.app. We review all reports and aim to respond within 48 hours.

Platform & hosting

Rivalsight is built on Lovable and hosted on modern edge infrastructure. Platform-level security features, infrastructure patching, and availability are managed by the platform provider. Application-level access controls and data practices are managed by Rivalsight.

Changes to this page

We may update this page as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
